Where Our Students Go

We advise on more than fifteen destinations, and each one is a genuinely different application system rather than a variation on a theme. The United States reads a file holistically; the United Kingdom allocates five UCAS choices against one personal statement; Italy ranks candidates on a national entrance examination; the Netherlands closes its most competitive courses in January. Choosing a country is therefore also choosing a calendar, a set of examinations and a way of presenting yourself.

Study in the USA

Common App, college essays, SAT and AP planning, holistic profile building and financial aid.

Study in the UK

UCAS applications, personal statements, Oxbridge admissions tests and the Russell Group.

Study in Italy

IMAT medicine, Bocconi early rounds, Politecnico engineering and income-assessed tuition.

Study in Germany

Tuition-free public universities, the TU9 engineering network, Studienkolleg and uni-assist.

Study in the Netherlands

Studielink, English-taught degrees, numerus fixus deadlines and the orientation year permit.

Study in Canada

Toronto, UBC and McGill, co-op programmes, study permits and the route to permanent residence.

Study in Ireland

The only English-speaking EU member state — Trinity College, UCD and the CAO system.

Study in Belgium

KU Leuven and Ghent at low tuition, with Brussels at the centre of European institutions.

Study in Spain

IE and ESADE for business, plus public universities via UNEDasiss and the PCE examinations.

Study in Lithuania

EU-recognised medicine, dentistry and engineering in English at markedly lower cost.

Study in Türkiye

English-taught degrees at Koç, Sabancı, Bilkent, Boğaziçi and METU, with strong scholarships.

Master's & PhD Abroad

Programme selection, GRE and GMAT, research proposals and funded doctoral positions.

How We Work

Consultancy that begins in the final year of school is damage limitation. Consultancy that begins in the 9th or 10th grade is planning. The difference is not marketing — it is the simple fact that every selective admission system in the world reads a record built over years, and that record cannot be created retrospectively.

1. Understanding the student

We start with the student rather than the destination: academic strengths, genuine interests, how they work, what they want from a degree, and what the family can realistically support. A country chosen before the student is understood is usually the wrong country.

2. Choosing the academic route

AP, IB, A Level or a national diploma — each opens and closes different doors, and the choice is often made at fifteen without anyone explaining the consequences. We map the curriculum and examination plan against the destinations under consideration, so the qualifications a student holds at eighteen are the ones their target universities want.

3. Building the university list

A serious list is balanced: ambitious choices, realistic ones and secure ones, each justified by evidence rather than reputation. We research departments, entry requirements, teaching structure and cost, and we tell students honestly when a target is out of reach — and what would have to change for it not to be.

4. Applications and documents

Common App, UCAS, Studielink, uni-assist, CAO and each institution's own portal have different requirements and different deadlines. We prepare the personal statement or college essay, the CV, motivation letters and supplementary essays through as many drafts as they take, and we manage the submission calendar so nothing is lost to a missed date.

5. Scholarships and funding

Funding deadlines usually fall before admission deadlines, and families who discover this in spring have already lost the opportunity. We identify the awards a student is genuinely competitive for and build them into the timeline from the beginning.

6. After the offer

Visas, blocked accounts, accommodation, health insurance and enrolment are where a successful application can still come apart. We stay with the student through acceptance and departure rather than stopping at the offer letter.

The first conversation is free and carries no obligation. Contact our advisors to arrange it.

Frequently Asked Questions

What families ask us most about studying abroad

Our process has six stages: getting to know the student and analysing their profile; selecting the right academic programmes such as AP, IB or SAT; researching universities and departments that match their goals; registering on the relevant application platforms including Common App, UCAS and Studielink; preparing the application file with personal statement, CV and motivation letters; and preparing the student for the destination country once an offer is accepted.

We provide consultancy for more than fifteen countries, including the United States, the United Kingdom, Italy, the Netherlands, Germany, France, Belgium, Canada, Spain, Ireland, Lithuania and Türkiye. Each country has a dedicated advisor familiar with its admission system, deadlines and documentation.

It depends on the destination. The United States generally means SAT or ACT together with AP examinations; the United Kingdom means A Level, IB or AP plus subject admissions tests such as the UCAT, TMUA or MAT; Italy means IMAT for medicine or the Bocconi Test; and Germany may require TestAS or German language certification. We build the examination plan around your target countries rather than the reverse.

You can reach us through our contact form, by telephone or on WhatsApp. In the first meeting we assess the student's academic standing, goals and expectations, and set out the realistic options. This conversation is entirely free and carries no obligation.

Yes — scholarships are a core part of our work rather than an add-on. We identify the funding a student's profile is competitive for, prepare the supporting documents, and track the process through to the decision. Scholarship deadlines frequently fall before admission deadlines, so they are planned into the calendar from the start.

The 9th or 10th grade is ideal, because it leaves enough time for examination preparation, activity planning and genuine profile development. We also run accelerated programmes for students in the 11th and 12th grades. The earlier you begin, the wider the range of options that remains open.
